As foretold, last week Friday Yanga Chief issued his new EP. Dubbed Becoming A Popstar (BAPS), the new EP arrives as a one-year celebration of the creative’s EP lead single, uTatakho. Containing nine songs, BAPS also brings the official remix to uTatakho, enlisting guest appearances from Riky Rick, Dee Koala and Boity.
Ahead of the EP release, Yanga Chief shared the EP’s artwork and what he dubbed, his EP’s “second-born”, a single dubbed 200. Adding to the uTatakho remix collaborators the EP also enlists appearances from AKA on Hard and Makwa on Lovey. “These days Yanga Chief goes so hard“.
