Have You Listened to Masandi ft. Thee Legacy, “After Party” – Check It Out

Durban, South Africa singer-songwriter and actor Masindi recently released his 2019 arrival track dubbed After Party. Masandi enlisted contemporary Isicathamiya acapella group, Thee Legacy, to enhance the weaving of the song, giving it an urban and soulful afro-rhythmical texture.

After Party samples the Ignition instrumental from American crooner R Kelly, overhauling it with some mellow African traditional strings. The addition of Thee Legacy gives the tune the haul it needs to reach its ascendancy and marque.

Masindi has been steadily making his way up the South African entertainment scene; releasing his debut EP in 2017 dubbed Escalation which feature striving single Ngane Yabantu and receiving a co-sign on KO‘s One Time – which also featured Maggz and Ma-E
