Check Out Burna Boy x DJDS – Thuggin/Darko [New Visuals]

Last week, Nigerian Afro-fusion singer and songwriter, Burna Boy releases a new EP dubbed Steel&Copper. The four-track EP is a collaborative effort with American production and DJ duo, DJDS. DJDS consists of Jerome Potter and Sam Griesemer.

Now, the creatives have delivered visuals for two of the four tracks, namely; Thuggin and Darko. The visuals for the two tracks are combined into one contrasting music video, transitioning from black and white to colour. The first half, dedicated to Thuggin, shows a family Burna Boy – fighting to survive and witnessing the shooting of his “gang member”. The second half in colour, dedicated to Darko, shows the pain a woman carries from the death after the shooting in the first half.
